Our computer diagnostic consists of physically inspecting your computer hardware, performing a full hard drive fitness test, performing spyware and virus scans. In some cases the problem may even be fixed during the diagnostic; if this is the case then there would be no additional charges. Once the diagnostics are completed we will let you know what the problems are and give you our recommendations. Depending on the size, a diagnostic of your computer's hard drive alone can take over an hour; and the virus and spyware scans can take as much time. |
